24/7 Tenant Services*

At City Lights we provide the best, friendly and easily approachable customer service to each and every one of our tenants without discrimination. Our agents are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, hence ensuring accessibility to help in case of emergencies.

All client properties managed by City Lights PM, go through an extensive process of quality examination where they are checked in every possible way for integrity. If we find out that some part of the property requires our attention, our maintenance department responds immediately in a professional manner. Informing us about any such case is pretty easy. It can be done through online forms or via phone by calling on any one of our emergency numbers.

*City Lights Property Management 24/7 Tenant Services are subject to a monthly fee ranging from $50-$100 in addition to monthly rent paid by the tenant. This fee is separate from the monthly management fee which is paid by the property owner. The fee is determined by the location and size of the property, as well as occupancy. The fee is grouped in and added to the monthly rent prior to advertising the rent price.
